Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from NomAgain at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what happens when you do.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@nomagain.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your NomAgain account.
  3. We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  4. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and profile information (name, email, phone)
  • Order history and transaction records
  • Points balance and reward redemption history
  • Saved preferences and settings
  • Push notification subscriptions
  • Any data received from social login providers (Google, Apple, Facebook)

What We May Retain

  • Anonymized, aggregated transaction records required for tax and legal compliance
  • Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being purged
  • Records required by law or to resolve disputes

Processing Timeline

We process all data deletion requests within 30 calendar days of identity verification. You will receive email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Social Login Users

If you signed up using Google, Apple, or Facebook login, deleting your NomAgain account removes all data we received from that provider. To also revoke NomAgain's access to your account, visit your provider's settings: Google Account > Security > Third-party apps, Apple ID > Sign-In & Security, or Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
